Join Our Compassionate Team as a Part-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager!

Part-time Hourly Rate: $37 to $38 per hour DOE.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care in patients’ homes and facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans that honor patient wishes.
• Provide education, emotional support, and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and holistic support.
• Administer medications, treatments, and symptom management with excellence and grace.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure patients always receive timely, dignified care.

What You Bring

• Active RN license (required).
• Experience in hospice, palliative, geriatric, or home health care (preferred).
• A calm presence, strong clinical judgment, and a compassionate heart.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated care team.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• A genuine calling to serve, comfort, and advocate for quality of life.
