Overview
Lead a dedicated adolescent psychiatric unit focused on safe, compassionate, developmentally appropriate behavioral health care. This full-time, day-shift leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a high-performing team, strengthen clinical operations, and drive meaningful outcomes for patients and caregivers. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide 24/7 operational leadership for the adolescent psych unit, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Develop, coach, and empower nursing teams to deliver consistent, safe, and patient-centered behavioral health services.
• Partner with interdisciplinary leaders to strengthen care coordination, resource management, and process improvement.
• Champion a positive unit culture by fostering accountability, caregiver engagement, and professional growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active Oregon RN license required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Five years of nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, management or finance coursework, national certification, and prior management experience.
